活动报名丨全球商学教育院长论坛暨“未来领导者”项目五周年庆典

在全球经济格局深度演变、人工智能技术重塑产业生态的当下，商学教育如何与时俱进、破局创新？国际化人才培养如何回应时代的挑战与机遇？

值此北京大学光华管理学院四十周年院庆及"未来领导者"国际本科项目启航五周年之际，北大光华将隆重举办全球商学教育院长论坛。本次活动特邀联合国前副秘书长兼秘书长特别顾问法布里齐奥·霍克希尔德-德拉蒙德 (Fabrizio · Hochschild - Drummond)以及来自英国、德国、加拿大、新加坡等14个国家和地区的17所顶尖商学院院长及代表，以“重塑商学教育新纪元：远见、创新与影响力”为主题，深入探讨全球商学教育的前沿趋势与使命担当，共绘教育变革与国际合作的新图景。

As the global economy evolves and AI transforms industries, business education faces a defining question: How can it stay relevant and lead in preparing future global talent for the challenges and opportunities ahead?

To mark the40th anniversary of Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management and the 5th anniversary of its “Future Leaders” International Undergraduate Program, Guanghua will bring together business school leaders from around the world for a landmark forum under the theme“A New Era of Business Education: Vision · Innovation · Impact”,dedicated to redefining the future of business education. The forum will also feature keynote speakerMr. Fabrizio Hochschild-Drummond, former United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Special Adviser to the Secretary-General.

We warmly invite educators, students, and professionals from across the academic and business communities to join us for this forward-looking exchange of ideas.

“未来领导者”国际本科项目

“未来领导者”国际本科项目由北京大学光华管理学院发起，与12个国家和地区的14所全球顶尖商学院达成合作，旨在以世界水平的本科管理学位教育为全球化新时代培养具有跨文化理解力与人类命运共同体使命感的国际领导者。被项目录取的中国优秀学生将与从合作院校选拔出的各国青年才俊一道，在光华管理学院度过本科第三、四学年，完成学业后获得北京大学管理学学士学位。学生将通过项目营造的多元文化氛围与环境，全新开设的理解中国系列理论实践相结合的课程，全英文的授课模式，书院制的精细化管理，深入理解中国与世界，获取未来领导者不可或缺的国际视野、同理心、开放包容的精神、以及从不同角度理解并解决复杂问题的能力。

The Future Leaders International Undergraduate Program, initiated by Peking University's Guanghua School of Management, partners with 14 top business schools across 12 countries and regions. This dual-degree program aims to cultivate globally minded leaders equipped with cross-cultural competence and a deep understanding of China. Chinese students admitted to the program join international peers from partner institutions to complete their third and fourth undergraduate years at Guanghua. Graduates earn a Bachelor of Management degree from Peking University.
