假币不仅破坏国家金融秩序、侵害群众经济利益，也会扰乱社会稳定。近年来随着我国公安经侦部门的严厉打击，市面上的假币出现率持续降低。5月13日，江西公安部门就公布了一起印制假币案。
2023年9月，江西省抚州市公安局经侦支队的民警连续接到了多起群众举报，称市区内有人在使用假币。“报案人的身份大都是附近农贸市场的商贩。一周之内接到了5起报案，原来这种报案在我们全市一个月可能才有一两起，我们立即组成了专案组进行调查。”江西省抚州市公安局经侦支队二大队民警刘涛表示。
The Economic Investigation Brigade of the Fuzhou public security bureau in Jiangxi province received multiple reports from local vendors in Sep 2023 about counterfeit money being used in rural markets. With five cases reported within a week (far exceeding the previous monthly average of one to two cases), a special task force was immediately formed to investigate.
抚州警方发现，这些报案人所在的经营区域大多为乡村的集市，附近缺乏公共场所视频，这给案件的侦破带来一定难度。正当警方一筹莫展时，一个新的报案线索引起了警方的注意，报案人称她在一家农贸市场，有一名女性到这里来花了假币。附近正好有一个视频采集探头，记录了整个交易过程。
“首先，嫌疑人先给一张真币给老人家，老人家验了之后，没问题，嫌疑人又谎称有零钱，把真币拿回来了，拿回之后，又说零钱不够，再把假币给老人，让老人找零。”江西省抚州市公安局经侦支队二大队大队长陈浩告诉记者。
The investigation faced initial challenges due to the lack of surveillance cameras in the rural markets where the crimes occurred. A breakthrough came when a vendor provided video footage capturing a female suspect's entire transaction process. According to police, the suspect first handed genuine currency to elderly vendors for verification, and then claimed to have smaller change to retrieve the real bills, finally substituting them with counterfeit notes to trick victims into giving back cash as "change".
警方经过初步摸排发现，抚州临川、东乡、金溪、南城、宜黄、崇仁、乐安等多个县区，上千人受骗，为全面摸清作案方式和假币来源，经侦支队将该线索提级研判，并联合抚州市公安局指挥中心、网安、技侦、科信等多警种会商，与属地派出所实时开展落地核查。
通过大量的摸排，警方很快锁定了有多次使用假币的前科人员何某龙、徐某花夫妇。法网恢恢疏而不漏，何某龙夫妇二人很快落网，并在其家中找到了大量犯罪证据。
两名嫌疑人落网后，警方立即对其家中进行依法搜查，现场查扣假币15张，以及制作假币所使用的油墨、打印机、裁纸刀等作案工具。此外，还发现了部分纸张，以及大量小面额人民币。
“五元、十元，还有二十元、五十元的都有，总数额达到了20多万元，当时我们清点这些赃款就花了4个多小时，从现场查获的纸张、打印设备与受害人所收到的假币，都高度相似，这也从侧面证实了两人印制假币的犯罪事实。”刘涛接受采访时表示。
Further investigation revealed that over 1,000 people across seven counties, including Linchuan and Dongxiang, had fallen victim to the scheme. Through a multi-department collaboration, police identified a couple, called He and Xu, both with prior convictions for using counterfeit money. A raid on their residence uncovered 15 counterfeit bills, printing equipment, ink, and materials for producing fake currency, alongside small-denomination counterfeit notes (5 to 50 yuan) totaling over 200,000 yuan.
随着何某龙夫妇的到案，更多印制假币并销售的细节浮出水面。“他们首先会确定哪个农贸市场是赶集日，清晨驱车赶往这个农贸市场。夫妻双方进行伪装，通过买菜找零的方式，使用假币，每天使用量大概在300-3000不等。基本上印多少，花多少，不留存假币，这也体现了他们有一定的反侦察能力。”陈浩表示。
目前，江西公安经侦部门已会同银行等金融机构采用“冠字号追踪”固定证据的方式对假币进行追溯，目前该批假币尚未发现流出江西的证据，警方也在持续跟进案件后续相关情况。
The suspects reportedly drove to rural markets at dawn, disguising themselves as regular customers to spend counterfeit money during transactions. They used approximately 300 to 3,000 yuan in fake bills daily, avoiding stockpiling to evade detection. Authorities confirmed that no counterfeit money from this case has been found outside Jiangxi, and the investigation remains ongoing.
